Bought Acer laptop, OS CD not included?

kung wala man gani ni apil nga OS cd. how come it has the sticker from microsoft with the product key? it is even indicated in the box sa mga specs nga ang OS is win7 home basic 64-bit., bought this at 31k btw.

kanang picture sa taas, mao na siya.

PS. wala jud usa ka cd nga pakapin. manawag nalang ko sa acer para sure. maulawan nya ta. lisud na...

if you bought it at 31K naa jud na dapat home basic na disc pakapin...

if that was 28k wala jud na OS...

wala jud dala maskin driver CD. mobalik ra siguro tanan inig recover. mas OK ni kay wa na CD. Ang prob lang kay inig maguba ang imo HD. Patay ka pangita ug mga driver and the OS.

kuan.... naa jud uban system na pre-installed and OS and all apps n drivers nya without the recovery discs.

ani bai try tan.aw sa imo administrative tools > computer manangement > storage

try lng ha ky naa man gud uban system na hidden ang partitioned drive where nka placed ang recovery data sa imo system and ang tech personnel ra anay mu.maniho if imo na i.ad2 sa service center imo laptop.

u may ask y administrative tools ako gi.point... usually recovery data drive na partitioned sa imo system has no drive letter assigned to it mao d cya hidden sa imo system ky pra rman na cya sa tech support. pero kng wla.. better make an entire image sa imo system pra incase maguba. marecover ra nmo using windows backup & restore. u may also need dvd or external HDD
