for me CORY IS ONE of the WORST PRESIDENT ever 2nd to marcos.... GMA is just third...

    Know your history guys.

The fact that noynoy opted to be sworn before a local chieftain (brgy. captain) is but a gesture that indeed he is upholding the law regarding the ban on midnight appointments. The appointment of justice Renato Corana is a blatant transgression of Art. VII Sec. 12 Section 15. Hence it is illegal. And should noynoy compels himself to acknowledge the appointment of Corana then it may serve as a legal basis for his arch-enemies to invoke enough to charge him for culpable violation of the constitution. Ergo: Noynoy is right!

Guys, you dont have to be rude in order to be ignorant. Just be ignorant its fine.
Illegal d.i?

O.T. President Arroyo is one of the best President of the Philippines...

You know why because she has made MORE projects for CEBU than you combine CORY, FVR and Erap..

you guys even know why there is this need for this so called "midnight appointment?"
.. PGMA critics and ProNoynoy wants that Noynoy should choose the next chief justice right? mao na inyung gusto dba?
in tawn sabta nnyu ang situation ayaw mo pataka lang ug yawit dra.. The current chief justice will turn 70 this monday and a mandatory age for retirement. Naham mo wlay chief justice ang Pilipinas until June 30 na kadaghan ra ba kaso gi handle sa supreme court karn (even my family's petition is still pending in SC).

be reasonable, mao na dli mo asenso ang pilipinas kay puro lang mo reklamo for the fact na wala man gani na labot sa nyu directly kng unsa may mahitabo sa political ring, kng nahan mo modatu pag negosyo mo ayaw cge reklamo sa politika..

Pahabol: If noynoy wants to sworn-in before a barangay captain,
mas nindut pa na cya nalang ang executive head ana na barangay ang give the presidency to the VP.
