Reasons why Gibo Teodoro didnt win?
Its because he is a dog of the administration and majority of the filipino hates the administration of pgma, good example is trillanes, even he doesnt have money he win for the senators position..

its obvious from the start, no matter how many genius will run for president as long its in the administration he/she cant win, THATS THE FACT! PERIOD!!!!
