CB4 to LA is very good for both, Bynum sucks due to injury issues.
i think Bosh can play with Kobe. not really a problem. financially Lakers cant beat offer sheets from other teams.

Bynum's numbers would definitely soar if he goes to Toronto! he could have D12 type of stats!
