im really interested jud ani bro but duha2x lang mi kay bare man gud siya noh i hope reasonable jud ni nga price knowing this is a row house and we have to spend more aside from the 1.4M....ang actual floor plan ani di ba wa pay klaro?any update plz post daw so that kami na mga interesado will decide ASAP...
