They already are. I'm quoting my friend who lives in Germany:

just read in a German News today a write up about the Philippine
Elections. It is SHAMEFUL, to say the least. We are being ridiculed,
what I felt at first was anger, but why should I be when all they stated
were true? What we need after this Election is a Miracle, a Miracle that will make
