the best thing to do is read your contract before starting to yap.
if you don't understand it, then consult a labor lawyer.

thanks sa mga advises mga istoryans... hahay... naguol pa bya gihapon ko kay ako manghod mag pa enrol pa this june (graduating na for college). may gani nakatigom ko gamay. pero ngita na sad ko dayon ug lain kay kung mao man diay na ilaha style nga dugay ihatag ang sep pay, mag buwad na lang ko ani kada adlaw..thanks for the all advises...
things like separation pay or closing of account is not stated in the contract man sad.
check if the contract is co-terminus with the account or if you are signing a contract with the company
in most cases if your contract is co-terminus with the account, there will be no separation pay
if you are in agreement with the company, the company might transfer you to a different account than recruiting a new agent which is also costly and if your profile does not fit in any account then that would be the time the company will decide to severe ties and you are entitled of the separation pay
@greywolf
it should be stipulated in the contract
if not should be found in the company handbook
if you are not sure and you have doubts, ask hr
if it is also not in the company handbook and hr failed to satisfy you, then maybe you have to think if that is the right company for you
