    i think naay sipyat sa management....

    ma o neh kasagaran sipyat sa receptionist kong deli mangutana ang costumer bout sa rules then they dont care to explain then kita pod customer ma surprise nalang ta nga in ana diay ilang rules....

    sa uban resorts or hotel na-a man mga rules naka butang sa room or ang uban inig check-in nmo taga-an ka og murag flyers man guro na na-a ddto ang room rates and etc plus the rules...

    in that way ma remind gyud ang customers bout sa rules and regulation sa establishment...

    no we didn't but the staff when we first got there was the staff from the night shift

    it is sad that you had a bad experience with them but as i believe... you were more the exception than the rule.

    sa ako nahibal-an kay mora exclusive daw ni para sa manga hapon sauna, then mora na lugi na so gi open nila to the public.

    last time ni visit mi didto with my aunt kay nag kuha mi brochure nya ni tanaw2 mi sa lugar..... as in gi cgehan jud mi og sunod2 mora mi og manga kawatan na gi bantayan. saonzzzz.... mora ok raba unta ang ila place. dli lang nindot ang dagat. ang nag dala og nindot ra jud kay ang shore kay puti ang sand.

    noh? dd2 man nag summer outing amo company last year.. i dont know unsa jud pero from what i've heard murag ila i-entertain ug maayo mga foreigner. wa man ko kaad2 kay nahubog kog maayo wa ko kaapas. hahaha!

    basta ingon sako kauban ang band na ila gibitbit dd2 ky nangayo ug water after nila tukar. nya giingnan xa sa waiter na naay bayad. ana tong taga banda na kuyog xa sa amo company... wa na xa gitagad.. pero tong mga Koreans na nag attempt ug kuha sa coconut from the tree for drinking, ky ila gi offeran ug water ky maglisod cla kuha sa coconut. . .

    in short, naa cla costumer service pero dli satoa mga Pinoy!!!! ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!! d ni tama! tskt sk..na high blood ko paghuman nako type da!
