LOL.. you guys talk like Lapu-lapu city is the only corrupt city in the whole Philippines. hey why don't we include Mandaue (Ouano), Cebu City, etc.. even Manila and all other provinces and cities in the Philippines?

That's unfair. As you admit, you only "perceive" radaza as "very corrupt." Your conclusion is misleading because Radaza has not been convicted in any court of any case of corruption, as far as I know. Despite all the allegations and media reports, no judgement or decision by the ombudsman, sandiganbayan or supreme court has declared radaza as guilty. And under a democracy, a person who has not been proven guilty is still considered innocent.

Let the people decide who they think deserves to win...

There he goes again with the internet lawyering. This is an internet forum, it's not required that people bring absolute proof, even mere perceptions are enough. And GUESS WHAT in a democracy, perception is all that people need to make a vote WA KAY MAHIMO. Nobody here cares that Radaza hasn't been convicted of a corruption case, we are not idiots we all live in the same messed-up country you do so don't think for a moment you can take us on a ride with your BS about the Sandiganbayan this or that.

People should decide who they think should win, but all candidates should act in an ethical manner. The reason why we are a third world country is our politicians act like little children and bend the rules whenever they can.
