That's unfair. As you admit, you only "perceive" radaza as "very corrupt." Your conclusion is misleading because Radaza has not been convicted in any court of any case of corruption, as far as I know. Despite all the allegations and media reports, no judgement or decision by the ombudsman, sandiganbayan or supreme court has declared radaza as guilty. And under a democracy, a person who has not been proven guilty is still considered innocent.

Let the people decide who they think deserves to win...

That's just talk, as you said, but you make it sound like it's the truth already. You know, too many talks circulate during election time. It is unwise to believe in them, knowing for a fact that intrigues and counter-intrigues are a-plenty in seasons like this.

I agree that it will do good for us if corrupt politicians are exiled, if possible. But let the court of law declare so. It is not up to us to render judgement or jump to conclusions because we are not the competent authority on that.

We should first observe due process of law. Once that is done, the exile of those declared guilty becomes a viable option. But let's not call for exiling anyone who has not been proclaimed guilty by the ombudsman, the sandiganbayan or the courts of law.

i think what saved him from being proved guilty was his immunity from any suit because of the aguinaldo's doctrine. he was charged before the ombudsman and an investigation was made, but he won the election for another term as mayor. no wonder he's doing all his best to win this coming election so he'll have his immunity again.

Naa pa ba korte ron nga dili ma palit?Klaro namn kaayo ang pangurakot sa mga Radaza sa Lapu2 pero "sad to say" baga pa sa espalto ang ilang nawong para mo pahawa na sa pwesto nga ilang gi abused for many years.
