naka dungog lang ko na crowded siya kung peak hours pero di ko sure kay wala pa ko kasuway ni anha ug peak hours. morning man gud ko then medyo mingaw padung noon.

im working in a call center man so mo out ko og 5am then jogging kad**** padung ayala then work out sa fitness first around 6:30am hehehe i lost 10lbs gyud in less than 3 weeks basta apilan lang gyud og proper diet.
