Maldito/Maldita?

When can you say that a guy is maldito?
When can you say that a girl is maldita?

I mean, we all have both the good and the bad sides.

for me:
a guy is maldito if:
1. he lacks GOOD manners
2. he is usually involve in fights
3. he belittles other people or thinks of himself as superior

as for the girl:
1. if she's SNOBBISH.
2. if she usually speaks FOUL words.
3. if she's involve in numerous cat fights.
