walay drifting school dri cebu sir. Manila ra avail. last time i checked was around 12k
i suggest to join car clubs especially Old School Cebu, No Care Racing and the likes to gain access and interest in the said motorsport.

instead of paying 12k, if you know the basics of drifting and have a car, you can always practice on big grounds... and use the 12k for extra tires
