i dont know if OT bani pero It is related to the plunder case.
Ngano karon pa man ni angkon si Erap nga cya si Jose Vellarde, is it because karon pa nakahimo ug good story ang kampo ni erap?
if I remember correctly pirti niyang deny nga cya c jose Velarde.. why all of a sudden?
mura ni angkon na man si ERAP sa una pa.... that's why I was not surprised pag ingon niya ani.
Including the jueteng money deposited in the bank.

If Erap is exonerated I think the flak first and foremost would be heaped on Chavit Singson.
Yes, it is definitely unraveling the truth. Erap has finally admitted to his secret bank stashes which amounted to some P47 million in three undeclared bank accounts, albeit saying these were "campaign funds" he was holding in trust.

Funny when some people keep trying to deflect attention to Villaignacio's deficiencies as a prosecutor. He's not even the one on trial here.

[color=navy]Just want to remind everyone what will face Erap if convicted once he is pronounced guilty.

PLUNDER, the crime deposed President Erap Estrada is accused of, carries the penalty of death by lethal injection. But Erap just turned 70 and according to the Revised Penal Code, it is prohibited to impose a death sentence on a convicted felon already 70 years old.

He can even be granted probation, or get a pardon or parole on account of his "advanced age." But then again if convicted, Erap may face life imprisonment---- which is not a piece of cake too.

isn't it that the law about the Death Penalty has been scrapped? So if ERAP will be found guilty... he will be sentenced to life imprisonment...
