Peeps, we're missing the topic here. I'm asking for the PROS AND CONS of EACH of them. I'm not asking which is better. All I see are subjective opinions.

lol you can't turn on a PC without heatsink and fans these days .end of story. obviously bai, my cpu has a fan and a heatsink. I wouldn't go make a fool out of myself asking why I should take the sucker out. My intention was to know the alternatives. I should know what these alternatives are before squandering my savings on it.

anyhow,before starting a thread like this you should know first what its' meaning is like knowing what heatsinks and proc fans are. from there you can already tell what those things are and why they were there in the first place. and from there you should know what the pros and cons are. lets not be inconsiderate to simple things like these. if you've been using the search button before posting this, you will find alot of similar, although indirect, thread topics

Ancient history computers not needing heatsinks or fan ? hello Ancient history computers were more sensitive to heat that today’s modern CPU they had to be kept under aircondition temps/water cooling and some ancient history super computers needed LN2 to operate smoothly
