i also work in a bpo company, pero i dont know what kind of nytlife ang impression sa uban nga they seem to dislike. i dont know how you define THE nytlife...i dont judge right away and generalize people who enjoy that.

On Topic: I for one am thankful for the huge income that call center agents are getting huge salaries. it's really given a boost to many other businesses, a lot of which makes living in the city much more interesting. It's also a good fallback plan for a lot of people. They just need to learn how to communicate well in English.

@zeldo: so true! it's a high income business and it's good to see that the benefits are trickled down to the front line workers. it would be more worrying if call center agents get low wages considering the profitability of the bpo business.
