Energy drinks like Sting, Samurai, Extra Joss give you an effect of palpitation to the heart. kumbaga, abnormal ang imo heartbeat which is not advisable sa mga people with heart problems. bilib ko sa samurai, extra joss, explod kay naa jud cla warning nga makapalpitate which i didnt see sa sting. it's like sa sigarilyo nga "cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health." In that case, concerned ang mga tig.himo sa samurai.
sa drew drinks, im not sure about this. powdered ni xa or concentrated?
sa yakult, it's a good product.

about sa ordering system, naay ni by sachet or by pack. i would likely recommend 3 sachets for first timers rather than 1 sachet to ensure the effect of the product.
