lol you can't turn on a PC without heatsink and fans these days .end of story. I hope you get what this thread is trying to say https://www.istorya.net/forums/index.php?topic=70307.0 .these are not subjective opinions. lastly you can't turn on a pc these days w/o heatsinks and fans unless your cpu is of ancient history where these coolers aren't needed. its all PROS the only con I see is added electricity bill XD

Better Cooling compared to Fanless
Higher Overclocking if heatsink construction is top notich

Cons:
Audible Noise
Dust Collection
If fan fails, GG time.
Cleaning is a hassle



Fanless Heatsinks

Pro:
Super Silent
Minimal Dust collection

Cons:
Heatsinks are supersized to spread the heat around
Must need a good big space for casing and poper intake and exhaust of air
Overclocking potential limited
