suggestion lang sa..mas nindot mag start ka ug gym sa workout fitness kay maayo kaayo sila muhimo ug program. then cguro 2-3 months after, balhin na ka ug nindot nga gym like metro sports or bisan asa na convenient nimo.
Palihug ayaw ninyo ibalik2 ng picture nako bwahahaha dugay na kaayo na. More than 6 months nako wala nakaGym ug tarong, medyo ngpadala sa gibati ug kaon and almost every night na inom! (IM NOT KIDDING, im an alcoholic) Dako nako balik very bad! No worries Ive started another transformation chuchu, everything documented (Only 4 bottles of RH in 8 days! wow! once lang jud in 8 days so far), Im into my 8th day na, honestly mas dali sya karon coz wala ko ngpakaBuang ug diet, Eat ko meat daghan so no feeling of deprivation, ngPakabuang sad ko ug exercise nuon para magamit ang protein hehe. Hopefully by september I can have a set of pictures posted here again.
