    Matters of morality and faith are best left to the decision of individuals. The Law should be used only for the purposes of justice, and not be an instrument for social engineering and control.

    klaro kaau nga political kaau ang motive sa nag reklamo.. para daw kuno ingnon nga good catholic.. para i misa sa mga pari nga maau ni nga kandidato....

    i say.. to hell with the church/religion and its cronies... its been corrupting our nation for too long.. we may be free from the spaniards but were still under the hands of the church...

    i dont think its fair to throw the stones at religion, Catholicism to be exact. i too disagree with the so called ordinance but its quite obvious that the holy week is only used as an excuse for some politician to grab attention. it's not that she really cares about people partying instead of repenting for their sins. it's solely for the purpose of making people believe that she does care and she's doing it for the greater good and morality of all the cebuanos.

    the church is not perfect... and its the politicians that makes the most out of it.
