yes i have heard also na bati daw ang qualfon kay dili lagi kuno fixed ang rd kalit lang tawgan sa imong sup nya mag duty ka...ang sweldo dili sad kuno dako...pero on the positive side sayon ra kuno ilang account dili ka ma haggard.

I applied in Qualfon January of 2008, and got into training for 17 days. Unfortunately, I wasn't endorsed in production. Back then I was fresh from college, so it was like an uncharted water. Curiously though, only 3 on our wave(gen) were endorsed. For me the training(trainer) wasn't good.

But I didn't give up. I re applied a few months later (August 0. Simply because I want to prove to myself, that I belong to this Company(Qualfon). However, the interviewer pulled me out of the panel interview, saying that she needs to get in touch with my trainers for endorsement, and that I will receive a call for any updates.

The phone didn't ring.. I was upset, and was really hurt.

Since i never heard anything from Qualfon, I applied in Convergys and was hired. I would personally thank Qualfon for not hiring me. what I thought was an awful setback, turns out to be a blessing in disguise. BIG BIG Blessing..

Funny part is... my trainer in Qualfon applied in Convergys thrice... and was rejected thrice as well.

To my trainer in Qualfon, thanks for not hiring me.. But it seems like I belong here(Convergys), and you belong there(Qualfon).

To Qualfon. Thank YOU so much..it's kind of weird, but still thank you.

just drop by at SKYRISE 3... bring a valid ID, a resume and yourself...

just tell the guards at the ground flr lobby that ur an applicant and then log in ur name
and then ride an elevator to 9th flr...sit back and relax until chief will call ur name for an initial interview.... and that's it....
