benzoyl peroxide better known as PANOXYL..if grabe na jd au imo pimples, get the 10% gel, pero if moderate ra gani, go for the 5% gel...

yup, agree ko sa panoxyl, pero don't use it too often. siguro apply once a day lang.. kay parehas nako dugay jud nawagtang ang morag peeling sa skin.

maybe you should also stop using your soap, labi ng naay fragrance, unless it's anti-bacterial. baka sensitive imong skin. dili sad advisable ang oil-based products, labi na if prone jud ka og pimples.
