i-complain nalang sa ilang head office mam, pwede ra nimo i-email. be sure to state your full name, and contact number and full details of the complaint. its better nga muabot sa higher management ang problem kay para ma badlong na nila ang person/s concerned before pa mahitabo ug usab.
ive encountered being insulted once sa isa ka bank, i went there 3pm to pay my bills (this bank closes at 5pm), at the door, wala ko gipasulod sa guard kay cut-off na daw sa bills payment. na insulto jud ko kay mura ba ug mangawat ko ug kwarta sa sulod para ibara ko nila at the door. and besides, its the teller's job and not the guard to inform me about cut-offs... naka menos siguro ang gwardya sa akoa kay naka plain white tshirt, shorts and slippers rako... i left without saying a word but i immediately emailed their head office... the next day, the bank's manila head office, and the branch manager of the bank branch called me to apologize, they also reprimanded the bank staff and guards, kay dili diay pwede sa ilaha nang mag cut-off ug bills payment. now, i go there to pay my bills a few minutes before they close @5pm (ginatuyo jud nako)... wala sila mahimo hehe ^_^ they still put their best smiles when dealing with me although i know nga naglagot to sila deep inside... pikat nila haha.
