I beg to disagree. Millions and millions are poured in that part of Mindanao. The question is, it went straight into the pocket of their leaders.

This self determination thing is again used by the seccessionist to establish an Islamic State which will only worsen the situation in the area because instead of fostering unity and co existence this will pave the way for division and discrimination.
