bro, about sa imo cpu, unsa gamit nimo nga PSU? pila na ka years ni imo cpu bro? try using pud a more reliable PSU coz there are times pud especially sa mga generic nga PSU, nga mas higher ang temp sa ato hardware kay dili man sakto ang mga voltage nga mahatag sa generic nga PSU....

well my best guess is, your avr is faulty. why? coz if its a temp issue, your monitor shouldnt go off in the first place while your pc is on. try connecting your pc and monitor directly to a power outlet, but at your own risk ha hehe. lisod na kng matimingan ug brownout

i think its 8 years of usage nah pre... pag highschool pako ani... ang processing unit ani. is a pentium 4 2.40 ghz...

I think iya board morag ECS ni.. karaan na nga CPU iya gamit.. try lang og ilis sa imog powersupply bro.. basig ni likoy nana imong power supply tongod sa kado gayon.. tapos try og update imong bios.. and lastly try search imong model sa imong mother board .. nya tan awa sa update bios kong naa ba didto..i botang mana nila para asa na nga update bios ...

have u ever cleaned the inside of your case? 8 years... time for a system maintenance.
time to remove the HSF and reapply thermal paste. blow some compressed air
to remove all the dust inside the case. ur PSU must be failing already with all the dust inside.

I would strongly suggest this as stated by coolnezz because this is what I did with my bro in laws rigs, and I change the Fan sa HSF kai di na mu increase ang speed if fully loaded ang processor.

yah.. mao jud.. usa sad diay na oist.. basig wala nani limpyo limpyo imong pc.. ang CPU fan ana.. hogaw na goro kaau sad.. e re slot na tanan... tang tanga ang imong processor sa imong mobo then limpyohe.. basin sa hogaw sad na..
