it's not only english nga kinahanglan maayo ka but in an interview, you need to make a sensible and straight to the point answer...
testingi Aegis or Qualfon... and check out other threads for better answers to the same question...
dli man mahimo gud nga dli strict sa english,maau baya na bread and butter sa call center industry.but if your refferring to a problem sa intonation,and pronunciation,apply og non-voice nga account.but if ang problem dyud nimo is ang grammar,naa call centers nga rigorous training sa comm. skills.
If it's a contact center that isn't too strict in english you're looking for, you may want to check out local companies like PLDT. Otherwise, the advice that Istorya just posted above is something you ay want to consider.

People Support is very particular when it comes to grammar and accent but its one of the best BPO here in Cebu...
