Where is the unity among their party? Unlike Radaza, Deretso 3....naa lagi tanan ila candidates for the posters i have seen sa Lapu-Lapu City.... Gusto man kaha mo mag lider nganong sa poster lang gani wala man mo magkahiusa... Samot na kun kamo ang lider sa lapu-lapu City, personal interest ra inyo gihapon, wala jud ang unity, even for these simple posters in the campaign. Nag-away siguro ni sila sa ila funding (Chan,Pelaez,Espidido,Ruiz), so no unity will be created. I know nagkadako ang lapu-lapu city..... CORRUPTION ra gihapon ang inyo padulngan, if we vote for these nasty guys.

Default ‘Fictitious’ loans found in rural bank

MANILA, Philippines--The owners of the Rural Bank of Subangdaku Inc. said P1.2 billion worth of loans representing 85 percent of the bank’s P1.4-billion asset base were either fictitious or granted by management without proper approvals.

This caused the bank to become not only illiquid but also insolvent, prompting the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to close it and place it under receivership with the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. (PDIC)

LOL

Besides, if these businessmen referred to by leo lastimosa actually gave bribes, then they are as disgusting as the allegations that they are raising. If they are as courageous in naming this guy Harry Radaza, then they must also be valiant enough to come out in the open and file appropriate charges instead of just shooting off their mouths under the cloak of anonimity.

Am no chummy to this Harry, but the accusers should do something more legal and manly than just try to kill him with tsismis...

meanwhile, i have yet to see him during the feeding activities of the parish lay organizations, the "operation smile" activities at the Opon district hospital, the deworming of children at Pangan-an and San Vicente, the values formation seminars of Gun-ob, the regular meetings of senior citizens of Marigondon and Babag, the livelihood seminars for out-of-school youths in Pajo, the funeral wakes of poor families in Canjulao, the small-time basketball games for SK members in Pajac, the meetings of BECs in Basak and Pusok, the skills training for unemployed women in Poblacion and the annual fiesta activities of the Virgen dela Regla parish.

I've heard that Pelaez also holds social outreach functions in Punta Engano where he owns a well-appointed property. But he does these as a businessman and not because he is an Oponganon who cares about his fellow Oponganons.

In sum, Pelaez is a typical rich candidate who is closely identified only with the rich; even if he will sternly object to it, the truth is that Pelaez belongs to the category of traditional elite politicians who do not represent the masses at all. At best, he can only claim to know some poor individuals, but his associations with them are not without a definite purpose.

And people must be wary of such kinds of candidates. Let's remember what Winston Churchill once said, "THOSE WHO HAVE THE MOST WANT THE MOST!"

WOW!! u mean sir you've been to all these events to the point na kabalo ka sa whereabouts ni Pelaez? amazing!! member pud tali ka sa elite sir noh, or naa lang ba kahay nag invite nimo, basin lang pud. naa pud ka every operation smile sir? kay naa baya ko adto one time. nag duty ko adto. puro raman to mga foreign doctors, wa ko kakitag mga encumbent sa diretso 3. aw basig naa sa, wa lang ko kita. waman gani mi pakuhaa ug minor case adto kay ang mga doctors ra jud ang exclusive nga mu operate. anyways, i'm thankful nga ning apil ka ani sir kay nalamdagan pud ko ba. unsa ragud tawn ko. karon rako nakahibalo nga tampering of evidence diay kung ayuhon ang lampposts. ahh, ok.. naa alng ta koy ipa explain nimo sir about gani adtong RBS? u know na what i'm talking about. wa man gud koy alamag anang banking laws. i hope you won't find it a stupid question ha, kay sa imong kaligdong basig maka rationalize pud ka ba, ngano na bankrupt xa. ug kadto pud diay sa GSP. sorry i'm not much of a reader man gud. ug kana pud sa clean and green gani sir, ngano diay na 500 raman ang suhol sa mga empleyado ana unya 1,500 ang gipirmahan sa payroll? ang mga taga clean and green raman pud gud ang nag ingon ana nga mga silingan namo. ngano diay na siya sir? pardon my stupid and ignorant questions.. thank you..

It's more like the guy is trying to point out that even on your ranks there is disunity. If you guys cannot find a common ground amongst yourselves, I mean you "the so called opposition" how do you expect to run the city properly?

You cannot agree on a common ground, in fact I say that Pelaez, Ahong, Lito and Belong are all power hungry. The only thing stopping these people from devouring each other are the Radaza's.

Without the Radaza's to pick on, they will turn on each other like a bunch of dogs and in the end plunge Lapu-Lapu City into chaos because it's would be Messiahs are nothing but a bunch of fakes coveting the position of power.

Paz Radaza (Asawa) - brgy. kapitan unya magpapili mayor
Harry Radaza (pag-umangkon) - magpapili isip konsehal

    O - Ahong Chan

    O - Pelaez

    O - Lito Ruiz

    O - Belong

let's see what your godly mayor has done to our city for a decade: crappy roads, street lights and vandals, unfinished Hoopsdome, unfinished road widening and busted traffic lights.

all you did is discrediting Ahong Chan and Pelaez, in the end Oponganon is left with no choice but vote a turd... a stubborn man's wife, who led a bank to bankruptcy. ridiculous if you let this incompetent being lead our Lapu-lapu City.

talking about joining politics for a shallow reason, what's more shallow than Paz Radaza running for mayor? Dong Harry the bagman Radaza, unsa may real reason in joining politics? pagka dakong kataw-anan!
