Ask ta ko for ideas on Team Building Training: Games and Activities. Naa naman ko nagather nga ideas sa net but murag d man xa mufit sa amo organization. Amo topic kay leadership and teamwork. mga 20 ra mi kabuok or less..

Basin naa mu mga ideas and mechanics pud unsaon ang activity dha nga pwede ninyo ishare nako kay giincharge ko ani nya dugay na nga panahon la ko kaapil ug mga ing ani mao galisud ko ug come up ug activities..

Group games divide lang into 2 groups kanang makalingaw sad
then inig ka gabii bonfire ba kaha then naa open forum para magawas
sad ang gibati sa usag usa butangi lang og ginagmay nga tagay
para man gud nako ang idea sa team building is like bonding sa mga
members ila2 sa weakness og strength or unsa na nahitabo sa ila life
outside sa work.

sauna nag team building mi sa CF-JPIA... a loooong time ago!

naa ladder, mga 4-5 steps lang... then ang mga people mag pair pair atubangan sa ladder, ila hands kay ang position murag saw-un ka... nya naa dayun usa na mu climb sa ladder hangtud sa 3rd/4rth step nya ingnon dayun na i trust you guys to be there for me... NYA PA FALL DAYUN!!!

ika pa fall, dawaton dayun cya sa 5 pairs nya... i motion dayun ug move ang mga kamot... murag conveyor. nya ma move jud ka... it symbolizes daw na as one ang team you can do anything! and that you need to trust your teammates.

if i remember it right, the exercise is called cookie machine and taga USC toh na psych students nag facilitate...
