ATLAST, NAHUMAN NAJUD AKONG MODIFICATION...


the first mod destroyed my pcb and put my speakers at the closet for some time.. as in daghan najud nailisan mga I.C. but the woofer wont work najud replace the TDA 7295 and TLo4c but to no avail..... i decided secure a new PCB from the service center.. and here it is... i have finished my MOd.. will post pix... Kalingaw sad kay banga pa kaayo ko musulda.. heheheh but atleast i learned how to use the solder-pump hehehe.. makalingaw sad labi na inig power-ON sa speaker murag kulbaan sadko....



Finally,
The Sound is very good.. Very Clear Satellites compared to stock and i think i heard so many tones never been heard before with the stock OPAMPS.... The sub works perfectly, i decided to use 6800uF 50V for the SUB instead of the 10000uF posted around the net... and i changed the power caps for the midrange and tweeter.. i used branded capacitors bought from RS Phil.

replaced the OPAMPS.. used socket for DIP OPAMP.. i use burr-brown opa2134PA.. ngita ko LM4562 next week.. experiment nasad puhon..


just replaced the OPAMPS with socket already...

started removing the glue... around the capacitor area...

LAST WEEK WALA PA NA ILISAN ANG POWER CAPS.. PERO ANG OPAMPS NAKA SOCKET NA AND UPGRADED TO BURRBROWN..



Removed the Stock capacitors... Nalingaw nako ug sulda2x dah.... I have used solder pump for the first time... hahaha


Replaced the Caps with branded capacitors coming from RS Phil... Used Nichicon and Nippon Chemicon and Panasonic caps...

just used 6800uF for the SUB.. will try my 10000uF next week together with my planned LM4562



closer look... just used ordinary non polar caps for the satellite filters kay wala muabot akong gi order na ELNA Cerafine mga nonpolar capacitors.. anyway nie raman gihapon ang quality sa akong satellite karon compared sa stock...


Finally.... Its for you to hear nalang...


Too big difference sa stock.. i can feel much shake sa akong sub ug clear kaayo ang mga satellites...

i used 2pcs 3300uF 50V for the midrange... Rubicon mani na brand.. mas maayo unta ka2 panasonic pero nahutdan stock gud.. mao kani nlng ako gamit.. okay manpud nuon..

sa tweeter kay 1000uF 50V.. pero nakasuway pudko ug 2200uF 50V sa tweeter.. ako lng gi balik sa 1000uF... mas ganahan ko sa sound...


sa pcb kani naay amplifier i.c. sa satellite:
i bought 2 pcs nonpolar Elna Cerafine 2.2uF 50V and nonpolar 1 pc 1uF 50V for the TDA7265.. But did not arrive yet... i used ordinary caps lng usa kani non polar

mao jud bro.. dili kabayran akong na feel.. nalingaw ko.. maskin pa ug nagba tong 1st nga board... karon im so lively pagkadungog lng nako sa tingog murag relaxed kaayo ko...

i have the same speaker gamit nako sa magic sing. but right now ako gibalik sa pc to replace my atp3.
