Why is it anybody's responsibility to relocate them? They relocated themselves to that location in the first place, which does not belong to them, so they should be the ones responsible for relocating themselves to another location, one that hopefully will be owned by them and not stolen from an innocent land-owner. I'm so sick of these parasites, they use the excuse that they have families, well whose fault is that? Is it my fault as a taxpayer that these irresponsible fools have more children than they can afford even though they are jobless and unemployable? These people are nothing but thieves, they use the excuse of poverty to steal the land of others and squat in it, and then they have the gall to oppose our justice system when they are made to obey the law. These kinds of lawless elements have no place in an orderly society.

You can't just expropriate lots without a valid reason. I would argue that use of my taxpayer money to benefit parasites and land-grabbers who have no business being there in the first place is a gross misuse of MY money. They would need to consult the taxpayers first and foremost before they go squandering our money encouraging people like this to steal private land. How would you feel if you were the owner of the lot? We have got to stop bleeding our hearts for these people, its for their own good. They need to take responsibility for their own lives and need to stop using the excuse of their poverty to violate the laws, then expect someone to bail them out with money that is not theirs. That would be double thievery and should not be rewarded in any civilized country!

Rich or poor the law is the law. It's not that I don't care about poor society, it's just that I expect everyone to obey the law. Poor people will not become rich by violating the law, and our society will not progress if we keep excusing people from obeying the law just because they are poor. The reason why other Asian countries like Singapore are rich and we are poor is because they respect the law, regardless of their feelings.

CARP law makes me laugh. The whole idea behind it is idiotic, most of the redistributed land has been resold making it the biggest land-grab in history. Worse of all is that it was never applied evenly, some rich landowners lost everything while others (the Aquinos) kept everything. We all need to be careful of politicians who call themselves pro-poor, because we all know what pro-poor really means here, it means, pro-"keep people poor and stupid and lazy". That's the communist way.

And regarding high walls, I agree high walls are not enough. That is why we have armalite in case someone wants to commit life-threatening robbery against us. So far nobody has entered our property yet. Barbed wire is also useful for securing property, so most of our properties have no squatter. What I am sad about is the innocent teachers, policemen and hardworking individuals who buy land only to find out the next day that squatters have put up a shack on their land and they will never be able to enjoy their land. Too bad they can't afford to fence their property with barbed wirel, or were not aware of the viciousness of these parasites. If the land is yours, you have a right to protect it.

Also, brush up on expropriation. Its use is solely for a public purpose (that is to the benefit of all society, not a small group of people) otherwise it can be challenged and the expropriation annulled in court.
