I want to put my zagu in cagayan de oro the franchise expenses is between 270-350k. should i go on with this business or not. i need you opinion guys..

franchise? why not make your own sagu store? you've seen how they make it. doesn't take a college graduate to make a sagu shake. haha having your own gives you more experience than simply letting others do the things for you..

the advantage of having a zagu franchise is that it is already established, it has name recall, customer loyalty, brand equity, and of corz u don't have to start from scratch by making ur own zagu store and compete with the market leader...as they say time is gold...u don't want to waste ur time failing in business...although it will be a learning experience, the question is r u going to make it hard for urself? if u have the resources then go for the franchise but if u have limited resources u can start near the schools or at ur own backyard...start small lng anyway dra mana gkan ang zagu...naa man pud suppliers pearl shakes dri cebu...just find a reliable supplier lng in ur area...like in CDO...naa pod cguro na...

of corz naa pod ni disadvantage ang franchise...nay royalty fee if naa man gani maski dra ka kuha commissary zagu sa supplies nmu...

go for it...put it in the BIG MALLs in CDO...location nalng kulang ani nya mao pod ni pinaka importante ang Product ok kau...of corz ang Management Skills sa nag franchise kailangan pod maau, kay maski hatagan pkag libre na franchise sa Jollibee if di ka kbalo mudala aw cgurado yabo negosyo hehe

agree ko ani... depende mana sa lami sa timpla hinoon nice ang zagu kay naa na jud name.. pero mas nice ang imo sa akong point of view noh? daogon rana sa ka nice sa food stall bha na.. eheheh attractive den dpt naa jud taste...

Many have tried and failed hehe but then again depende ra na if kabalo jud imo or if mkig compete jud mo sa market leader which is zagu! but ive seen copy catz near schools like SWU, USC, etc...although it's also OK but if u want to make it really BIG then you have no choice but to be better than zagu!hehe or if not ka level sa zagu...the secret here is copy and then innovate
