    just be extra cautious with it.. some Americans can sense accent.
    basin ma interview ka ug where do you live in russia or how is politics in russia.... epistaxis ang show. lelz

    working in a call center is very rewarding financially.. mka meet sad ka ug dghan nga friends from all walks of life kay in a call center environment, naa tanan... single moms, mga datu, pobre... mga brayt.. mga d kaau brayt... mga brats, mga bisaya, mga taga probinsya... new grads na lain2x ug nahuman..

    in a call center u get paid depende sa imo level of experience, usually strarting kay around 12k then it goes up from there.. labi na ma timing kag account nga naay sales kay dagko ug bonus.. that is pais on top of your salary... daghan jud kaau kag kwrta bsta sweldo.. makapalit kas tanan nimong gnhan.. that's why mga nag trabaho sa call centers kusog kaau manglaag because they can afford it.. and pangrelax sad na kay kapoy kaau ang work.. especially kung customer service kay puro ra reklamo imo madunggan the whole day...

    Maka buang sa body clock. Straight ka 5 days tulog ug adlaw, unya inig rest days sad nimo, gabie ka tu'g, labing dugay kadlawn, kana ug d ka mabuntagan ug inom.

    My experience working for 5 years in 1 call center only.

    Advantages:

    1. Big money - you can buy anything u want provided you save. dali ra pud mahurot imo kwarta sa callcenter kung mada ka sa mga tao cge gasto.

    2. No preferred college degrees - maski fresh high school graduates can enter to some small call centers. natingala na lang ko, naa koy teammate ni hawa sa kumbento para magcallcenter kay kinahanglan kuno niya kwarta. ang latest run, mangita na cla specifics but naa ghapon nang pari sa callcenter.

    3. Insurance - naswertehan ko ani companiya nako, kay ang ilang insurance provider maoy ni bayad sa akong operasyon. other than that, there are still issues with other workers.

    4. Perks - any parties are a blast, naa pay sikat na artista o banda. then again, if you have a shift, luoy ka. naa muhatag ug allowances, others bonues from sales.

    Disadvantages:

    1. Work hours - jackpot na lang mabutang ka sa regular work hours or sa buntag. ig gabie na, dha na tanan magpatay. poor time management leads to early retirement.

    2. Hostile Environment - freezing temperatues, clients roaming around, noisy production floor, tight security, much especially health. daghan ga resign kay nangawas na ang sakit. again, its time management, kaya man gani sa uban.

    3. Promotions - kani 50/50 ko ani. it can be good if you are working hard and they recognize you for your efforts provided you pass your application for promotion. if you are working hard, they recognize your efforts but your teammate was hired who was less competent than you. chances are they are just playing you around, using your efforts or you have to be a kiss ass. matud pa sa interviewer nako "its not how you work but its how you answer." reality check, bisag asa ka mu ad2 na companiya, naa jud ni. even corruption is practiced here.

    4. People - diverse tanan tao. different beliefs, attitude, preferences, political views, etc. it can be good if you are a people person, kung samokan kag daghan tao, its not for you.

    5. Language - its EOP policy, english only PALIHUG. it might be a challenge to the first timers but it takes time to build enough english to avoid running out of english.

    6. Management - bisag asa ta mu ad2, naa jud na choy ug hilas na supervisors. its how we see them that guides our work.

    Overall - this is my first job since i graduated with an engineering degree. though na gamit kay tech account, still i feel that its not for me since i want a career job but nevertheless i am very grateful since hi paying jobs are hard to find, ug dako na tabang ni sa pamilya nako. There are people who think negatively about working in a callcenter and people working in a callcenter kay mga hilas ra kuno. I fought them back with my paycheck hehe . I respect even mga janitors and tinderas sa office namo, cos mga tawo na cla, awayon man inoon ta kay maginigles sa gawas o sa kapihan. Its for our jobs! Ni sud ta ani because we needed the work, and to give to our love ones what is hard to get when working on a regular job.
