    first month.. adjust pa kay bago tanan.. wa gyud koy nahibaw-an ato.. madala ra ang kapoy kay curious man ka... pag lapas na mga 2yrs... mag tapol na.. tukar na sakit sa baboy.. magsalig kay daghan ng hibaw-an mani-obra sa metrics...

    ... bitter-sweet... kapoy, stressful ang trabaho... shift sked pa lang daan, maning-ning naka... pero if it's really all that bad then I don't think magdugay ang BPO industry dire sa ato, pero naa man lang japun so that means it's not all that appalling ... i even surprised myself nga ni last ko og 4 years sa akong previous company...after a 2 year hiatus, callcenter ra japun ko nibalik bisag gi sumpa na nako sa una and I am still enjoying myself or at least try to...state of mind raman guro na...if you only think of all the bad things, then it's not really gonna do you any good kay ma outshadow man sad ang benefits that you get from it... magyawyaw kung naay dili mauyonan pero i think everybody does that para lang makapahungaw because we all know that we need the job, we need the money...mao bitaw nga nitubay nalang ta pirma sa JO nga kabalo ta daan nga malmalon jud atong utok og lawas... But the best thing about my experience with call centers are the friends that I found, mao ni ang PRICELESS... novela ba etoh?

    So far...first time nako sa sykes before.. Excited...pero first time jud nako dawat ug call mura ko kahilakun tungud kay nabag uhan ka sa mga foreigners na mag syagit syagit usahay..pero kadugayan ikaw na say mag syagit syagit nila...ay lang sad syagiti ug ayo...

    Worst part of this job is that some customers are an a$$ plus they're dumb, being discriminated as a lower race compared to the douchebag class of americans. The worst part is that you have to be professional with these unprofessional people you have to lick their a$$ while they insult and discriminate you. thats not all your supervisor would always side with the customer.
    I get this types of calls at least one a week.
    But most of the time customers are ok mostly they are cooperative, mild mannered, respectable, people.
