is it safe? Secured? Im planning to purchase thru ebay, but the supplier requires the buyer to pay thru paypal. Please advise, help.................

kung for example naay nipatak sa imung SOA from ebay nya wla ka nag purchase ma sulbad na sya sa imung bank or u have to live with it na?

yes it is safe jud paying thru paYpal. ang problema if the seller is a scammer..
Paypal is never a problem but online scammer are the problems for the buyers or vice versa.
Just log register your self to www.paypal.com to avail for it.
And try to connect it thru credit card or EON.
theres a specific instruction for that in paypal.

yup. it`s safe. i think even safer than paying with your credit/debit card.
