I'm going to open an internet cafe of about 40 units. What managing software do you guys recommend? I want a software that can manage all the units using the server, meaning i don't have to get up from my seat and go to that specific PC just to shut it down because no one is using it. Thanks!

Currently using cafesuite on 3 of our cafes with 60+ units in each branch. Works like a charm, auto email sending report, even if the owner is working abroad, he can still manage his business.

This version 3.49d can send e-mail to the owner when operator logs out.It just depends on how you set your settings.

Cafesuite version 3.53.1, just updated the servers last friday. It can email you detail report, every log in, extension, log out of the customers (like every command the operator made), you could have the quick report (a summary of your sales)... and many more... it just depends on what report you would like to include in the email reporting.
