Regarding personal attacks, if what you mean is that particular thread about Ahong Chan and Pelaez, it's not just mere personal attack, it is black propaganda.

Black propaganda is not necessarily black, i mean, istorya is not a partisan forum, it's not a home for posting deliberate attacks against a certain politician. You may post comments here about a certain candidate but creating an account here just for the purpose of attacking that said person/persons is another story.

It would be best to contact the moderator who locked your thread, adrianna.
