    sa eperformax, attainable kaau na nga rate basta mo perform lang ka ug maau. kay aside sa imong basic, naa may performance bunos nga daku. happy kaau ang mga performer once mag payday. more than 20k gyud a month. not to mention naa pay phone with free 500 pesos load every month

    Ako tawon 10 yrs na nag work in a non BPO company's kini 9k lang gihapon ako sweldo.
    kanus-a kaha ko maka work ug BPO company noh

    but i think "happy-ness" scale, i believe mas taas pa ka... most people i know from call centers are unhappy...

    Well of corz tinoud gyud na. its really important that your happy in your work. coz one wont be as long as i am in a company if i was'nt happy with them.
    But then being happy pa din is not enough para mag stay longer pa gyud with the company. I have a family of my own na and a 5yr old child to support. So from what i have wright now its really not sufficient para maka survive me and ang akong family now.

    Ako naman In every company im with naman i make sure i would be happy naman. A good working environment is good. Just work work work lang naman sad gyud ko.
