Effective na business model na coz my land lord is doing that. Nag palit cya ug duplex then gpa rent nya sa amu. cya g puyo sa usa ka side then kami sa pikas pero among rent ga pay sa mortage. Ang landlord wa ga think sa profit niya pag buy sa duplex kng dli iya g think pag reduced sa risk by making us pay sa mortages. As long as naay ga rent, mortage free cya ug pwede pa cla ka claim ug big tax return every year especially pa jd nag offer c obama ato na time sa mga home buyers og $8k na give aways...Maro kaau among land lord jd bay...
