If makahinumdum pa mo, every juvenile delinquent caught committing a crime is released immediately without even a case being filed. These might have led some police officers or private citizens to take the law into their own hands to talk sense into them.

Dapat buhatan dayon ni ug amendments para dili ni magbalik-balik ing-ani nga pang-abusar ug ang gia-abusaran mag-abusar sa ilang katungod.

Yup, sayop jud kaayo ang gibuhat sa mga bata. Pero did we ask ourselves ngano nabuhat to sa mga nakadakop sa mga bata. I think their is a deeper reason on it.
