Humans only appeared 5 million years ago according to evolution theory timeline but the dinosaurs lived a hundred million plus years. Did the dinosaurs reached some level of intelligence or they just remain dumb?

To be more specific about intelligence. It means intelligence at par with humans right now.

lols that is why this evolution theory, is ballooney! for hundred million years, dinosaurs remain a dinosaurs and thats a lot of YEARS. Yet when they speculate about a mammals going to water / whale becoming horse... it only happen tens of million years.

In evolution speculation, time doesn't matter coz it happen. The catch, it all happen million of years.

"Dumb" is a relative term. The dinosaurs may not have attained enough intelligence to say, build a watch, or design an algorithm, but their level of intelligence was indeed enough to let their species sustain itself for a considerable period of time.

Since we are human beings, we naturally tend to measure things by human standards, thus we tend to define "dumbness" from a human standpoint. So if a creature cannot develop the steam engine, or develop quantum mechanics, we call it dumb, when in fact, perhaps from a different perspective altogether, "dumbness" or "brightness" may just be criteria if a creature were to survive or perish i.e. if it had difficulty in surviving/reproducing, it was a dumb creature, and if it was doing quite well in survival, then we consider it to be more intelligent than the other creature.

To be specific, i meant intelligence on the level that they can launch spaceships and migrate to Pandora just before that big asteriod hits earth or create anti-asteriod missiles to prevent their demise from the death asteriod.

What made human so special to evolve to have this level of intelligence, while the dinosaurs can't? I only have questions right now.

From what i think , mamals are smarter than the dinosaur . . and i think bacteria live longer than the dinosaur ...
