Default Surgar Substitutes, Are they safe?

actually i also read a recent article about sugar substitute. But it was more focused on the use of "aspertime" i'm not sure if i got the spelling right. The article said that this chemical used in sugar substitute isn't good daw.

I'll look for the article and post it here nya, hehehehe. A nursing freind also told me about this aspartime thing. It's not so good to use daw.

i guess u wer referring to aspatarme, the one present in softdrinks , some vitamins, some nestle products and etc, a small amount of this can sweeten the water in in a full jar... negative effect?

triggers the brain and can cause insanity esp to kids w/c has a weak immune system foundation

i think sugar subtitutes primary ingredient like splenda is sucralose.....u can google what exactly it is.....but as far as i know recently it's fine kono......as for aspatarme, it depends who you ask, some scientists said there's a risk of cancer but just last month there was an article that some italian scientists last yrs study found out that that was wrong and the national cancer intitute in the US also found no link. it's confusing...who u believe is up to u.... I gues it's moderation lang cgro. a little bit of something won't hurt but too much will.
