Is it ok to sell Microsoft keys from a MSDN account?

What if an employee is given a subscription by the company he's working with. Can he use these subscription keys at his workstation and his home PC? As what I've read, MSDN stated that you can use this on multiple PCs.

and for students, faculty, and staff there's the MSDNAA

I remember that. if it was deleted though it was started by a mod then my guess
is that it was deleted for good reason. the best way to get your questions and concerns
answered is to contact the local microsoft office. I think the number is 238-7090
