"submitted decisions" how long it takes? 2 years and 3 months na gyud ni akong annulment case.. patiently waiting...

depende na sa grounds sis... coz ang court as much as possible ila e-reconcile both parties..save ang marriage..but if dli na jud madala mao na ma grant jud ng annulment.
sa ako parents kay 1 yr and 6mos naa na ang result..annuled na jud.

grabeha sis noh... 2 years kapin na ang annulment case ninyu hayst kadugay basad sa decision, wala jud ni au ang justice system sa atong nasud, bisan gale nang ginagmay nga kaso like unjust vexation ug unsa pana kay dugay au mahuman uban abtan 1 year... pero as what I've heard sa pilipinas dugay jud daw na mahuman ang annulment case...

question lang. what happens if one of the involved parties say the husband or wife does not sign the annulment? is it still possible, even if their are valid reasons for annulment?

way mahimo.....if di sya mu sign, wa gyuy mahitabo....mag huwat nalang nga ma tigok.

dugaya sad ana oi, ipa follow up sa imong lawyer...basin naghuwat ra sad na sya.

if wala g contest sa imong bana ang annulment, supposedly dali ra na. it would only take about a year, more or less but di sad abot ug two years. that's what my lawyer told me before. basin naa na ang decision sa court, wa lng mo na notify. it happens pud bya, kay sometimes ang post office delay sa paghatag ug mga notices from court. or if delayed jud sa court, pwede man daw na sila kuliton. depende ra jud sa diskarte sa imong lawyer if kugihan jud sya.

dugaya na gud sis... sa cases nga gihandle sa akong sister di man moabot ug one year.... but sa iligan toh sya ha... nya akong sis-in-law nga napa-annul one year ra man...

kinsa ang judge nga nagpreside sa imo annulment case?
