easy for us to say, FORGIVE... as we have never felt the sentiment of those who lost someone or for those who became victims of crime.
practically speaking, usahay kinahanglan nato mo kalas ug usa ka dunot nga prutas para masalbar ang kinatibuk-an sa pagk dunot pd.

The argument of "Imohang anak patyon unya dili madakpan ang nagpatay..." etc etc doesn't hold water, NOT because it's not my anak ang gipatay, it's simply because the majority/rest of the populace doesn't experience this (count the ratio of those living rather peaceful lives against the lives of those that crime visited, and you'll find out that it's not a big portion of the local population, otherwise, a police crisis should have already been declared and the military would come into Cebu City...yes, Martial Law will be upheld in case the local police gets swamped with complaints of being incompetent and there's too much crime already)--if and only if the majority experiences lawlessness, will there be any change in how the policing of a city/province country is being done.

i agree with u ako lang i train ang police to very effective in fighting crimes no need na ang vigilante mao mo resort ang uban sa vigilante sa imo ng ginaingon lost trust sa authorities
