ako advice sa inyo nga bag-o pa lang ga start ug gym is Persevere. dont get discouraged if you don't see result right away. it took me months to lose significant amount of weight myself when i started working out. i see a lot of girls going to the gym pero ningas cugon ra now you see them now you dont. dali kaau ma discourage mao mangundang dayon unya kung maundangan ra ba manambok jud ka for sure.
if you're overweight and wanted to lose weight, do a lot of cardio exercises like threadmill and stairsmaster.
