uhmm... if possible cardio lng jd ... start off by 10 mins sa treadmill or any cardio machine pra di ma bigla imong system...mka balik pa ka the day after...

any gym dat u guys can suggest na mo fit for people who are not staying long for a certain program? like m just here sa city for 2 weeks...asa aside sa slimmers. i used to be with them but gusto ko ug change a bit.
make frends with ppl sa gym. that will keep u coming for more and maintain lang unsa imu routines esp cardio exercise
