sir, i only have one simple answer to your questions above.

As long as I know and understand the rules, I am safe. And that if ever I have a problem with any moderator for whatever reason, I know where I need to channel my appeals. With these in mind, I am sure I won't receive any infraction or get banned without justification.

naa lang koi e share gamay...well I agree with Rodsky in most of his points...but nindot pod baya if naa ni silang mga militant nga mga born-again,hehe. They serve as the "check and balance" sa science. but para nako as long as they are not saying bad words like crazy, or like throwing sarcastic non-sense, e entertain lang pod unta ilang question ba, now if dili kaya ang question kay maglisod og tobag, then there is nothing wrong kung mo show mo og gamay nga humility and say "I DONT KNOW" the answer or much better don't answer at all.

but I am still for order in the forum mas nindot tan-awon and still would root for "ang moderator ang magboot".

More often than not, these two go together. Wala pa ko'y nakit-an nga "militant" nga dili exaggerated ang agi, because that's the nature of being militant--it pertains to being assertive/aggressive/forceful in one's actions.

Mao nga in my opinion, prevention is better than a cure.

    to seek for the truth.
science may be not the whole truth.
there are lies and deceptions behind it.

and we have the right to ask, investigate.

I actually agree with this. There are indeed methods and principles out there that are baloney, yet exist in the guise of "science". They are referred to as pseudoscience. And using science itself, one can ascertain whether a certain method is indeed scientific or not, provided you have the proper background and a reasonable amount of intelligence/capacity for logical analysis.

However, you again committed the mistake of seeing science as a body/structure like that of an institution, when in fact, it's just a tool. This is the most common misconception most people have about science. A hammer or a saw doesn't "lie" or "tell the truth" when it's pounding on a nail, or cutting a piece of wood--it just does what it was designed to do, effectively and efficiently.

I lurk here because everything above the Science and Technology section of iStorya is full of "What is your favorite color?" or "Si batman..." topics... which I find really stupid.

and what kind of science would that be?

would you like to put it in your mind that science is absolute?
    OK, go on. that's cool.

science is not absolute. even math.
    science can go wrong.

I'm more of a reader than a poster of this section... Just stop by from time to time and check for information that I haven't encountered yet.. and I find this section a good source of information..
