This also means that though there's hierarchy, you can get to different levels by two things: recruiting or selling. Generally, your analogy of distributors being employees, silver executives as supervisors, so on and so forth, may hold true; but again, that depends on the person you're dealing with. I for one, if I would just be a hard-core seller, can become a global ambassador without recruiting anyone. I just don't think it will be as fast as those who recruit people.
