    5. believe me because i was a 200 pounder 5.6 ft. . but i keep playing basketball for 3 hours and now im 5.9 ft and 171 pounds
    6. no need of wasting money. grab your ball and play basketball


    shooting hoops, lay ups and do some little running. maskin half court lang. effective kaayo. .ni niwang jud ko. .

    everytime mo duwa ka basket .. sige ka layat then ... cge ka inat. . human ana. . mutugpa ka but ayaw lang pag tiniil. . ofcourse mag rubber shoes jud.. para bouncy and dili grabeh ang impact ..

    not necessarily mo taas jud ka. . but if tambok ang usa ka tao, then mag play basket . .you will lose pounds man. . so, muniwang. . then motaas. .but if niwang ka, , pagamay pajud ka .. lain na tan wan and wai sure na mutaas ka. . kay ako sauna, 5.6 then 200 pounds . .after 3-5 months everyday play basketball for 2-3 hours. .ni niwang ko then bost ako height. . anyway, , im still 15yrs old today. .
