simply put, we can't deny the fact that girls are better tenants than boys.
yes, there may be badlungon girls but still they (in general) are more behaved than us.
If you are right YCOB, then its an evidence of gender stereotyping - a discrimination, and this time males are more affected. It's like were saying more girls cannot do field work as most of us can and therefore girls should be hired for office jobs only. I'm sure some girls would disagree.
